Account and authentication
To use X Intelligence you create an account with an email address and a password. Authentication, password storage and password changes are handled by our authentication provider; we never store or see your password. Your email address is your sign-in identity and is used for account-related messages.
Public X data we process
When you analyze an X username we retrieve publicly available profile and post information for that account and store it as a shared cache, so repeated analyses do not re-request the same public data. This cache is keyed to the public X account, not to you, and may serve analyses requested by other users. We do not connect to your X account and cannot access private or protected content.
Analytics and AI processing
Analyses are calculated from the stored public posts. Where you explicitly request AI intelligence, the relevant public post text and derived statistics are sent to a third-party AI provider to produce the written reading, which we store so it can be shown again without repeating the request. Public post text is treated as untrusted data and is never followed as instructions.
Private data linked to you
The records tied to your account are: your profile record (email, plan, onboarding state), your saved accounts, your competitor groups, the analyses and AI readings you requested, your usage records, and your billing records. These are readable only by you; other users cannot see them.
Subscription billing
Paid plans are processed by Stripe, which acts as our payment provider. Card details are entered with Stripe and never reach our systems. We store the provider's customer and subscription identifiers, your plan, the subscription status and the period dates so we can apply the right plan to your account.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account from Account Settings. Any live subscription is cancelled with the payment provider first. Your profile, saved accounts, competitor groups, usage records, billing records and the AI readings you requested are deleted, your ownership link is removed from calculated analyses and request logs, and your authentication identity is then deleted so you can no longer sign in. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Retention
Data private to you is kept while your account exists and is removed on deletion as described above. Cached public X profile and post data is retained as shared infrastructure and is not deleted when a single account closes, because it is not personal account data and other analyses depend on it. Calculated analyses and internal request logs are retained without an owner link for cost control, abuse prevention and service integrity. Payment records held by our payment provider are retained by them under their own obligations.
Service providers
We rely on a cloud application and database platform (hosting, authentication, database), Stripe (payments) and a third-party AI model provider (written intelligence). Public X data is retrieved from X's public interfaces.
