The service
X Intelligence analyzes publicly available X account and post data and presents calculated analytics together with AI-written readings. It is a research and decision-support tool. We do not promise virality, audience growth or any particular performance outcome, and the readings are interpretations, not guarantees.
Your account
You need an account to use the product and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account is for one person. You may not attempt to access other users' data, bypass plan limits, or interfere with the service or the systems it depends on.
Public data
We analyze information that X makes publicly available. We do not access private, protected or deleted content, and public data may be incomplete or change over time, so analyses reflect what was available when they were produced. You are responsible for how you use the output.
Plans and payment
Free, Starter (€19 per month) and Pro (€39 per month) each include a stated monthly allowance of account analyses, competitor analyses, saved accounts and historical post depth. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep your paid plan until then and are not charged again. We do not provide refunds for the remainder of a period unless required by law. If you delete your account, any live subscription is cancelled first.
Account deletion and suspension
You may delete your account permanently at any time from Account Settings; deletion cannot be reversed. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, exceed limits by technical means or put the platform at risk.
Availability
The product is early and offered as it is, without a service-level guarantee. Features may change, and availability depends on third-party providers including hosting, payments, the AI provider and X's public interfaces.
Intellectual property
The application, its design and its generated presentation of analyses belong to us. Public X content belongs to its authors. You may use the output for your own work and reporting.

Business and jurisdiction details
A legal business identity, registration details, governing law and dispute-resolution terms have not been established yet. They must be supplied and reviewed before public launch, and no jurisdiction-specific promise is made here.
